ABOUT OBSERVING PARTICIPANTS
Observing Participants in the Transport Community
The 6th Ministerial Council, held on 15 November 2022, endorsed a Joint Statement calling for the more systematic involvement of Ukraine, the Republic of Moldova, and Georgia as Observing Participants in the relevant Transport Community bodies.
During 2023, representatives of the Observing Participants attended meetings of the Regional Steering Committee, the Ministerial Council and technical committees, as well as expert trainings and workshops.
In 2024 and 2025, the Transport Community significantly expanded its engagement with Observing Participants. Revised Action Plans and the first comprehensive set of reports were endorsed at the 8th Ministerial Council meeting in Belgrade in May 2025.
