Director of Transport Community Secretariat Matej ZakonjÅ¡ek met today in Brussels with the Commissioner for Neighborhood and Enlargement Oliver Varhelyi to discuss concrete actions that will transform the economies of the Western Balkans. Transport will be a key enabler of that transformation, and the European Commissionâs economic and investment plan, due in autumn, will be its blueprint.
