WESTERN BALKANS – The Transport Community invites you to join the Regional Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) Conference “Towards a Connected Future: Delivering Intelligent Transport Systems in the Western Balkans.”

The conference will bring together experts, policymakers, industry professionals, and technology providers from the Western Balkans and beyond to collaborate and share knowledge in the field of ITS across all modes of transport.

Conference Objectives:

The conference aligns closely with the Western Balkans’ commitment to advancing Intelligent Transport Systems, as outlined in Transport Community Treaty. The objectives include:

  1. Facilitating discussions on policy frameworks, regulations, and standards related to ITS deployment, with a focus on regional perspectives and challenges.
  2. Promoting the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and best practices in designing, implementing, and operating ITS systems.
  3. Enhancing the capacity of participants in planning, implementing, and managing ITS projects through technical sessions.
  4. Fostering collaboration among stakeholders, including government agencies, transport authorities, research institutions, and the private sector.
  5. Providing a platform for technology providers to showcase their latest ITS solutions and innovations.
