Welcome to the Transport Investment Summer School!
The Permanent Secretariat of the Transport Community is organising the Transport Investment Summer School 2026, taking place from 23 to 25 June 2026 in Belgrade, Serbia.
The three-day programme brings together participants from across the Western Balkans and Moldova to strengthen practical knowledge and capacities needed for the successful preparation, financing and implementation of transport infrastructure projects.
Through expert-led sessions, case studies, site visits and open discussions, the Summer School focuses on key areas of transport investment delivery, including EU funds management, project implementation procedures, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, FIDIC contracts, variations and adjustments, claims management and the role of the DAAB in dispute prevention and resolution.
